Q: How can I try on the boots?

A: You have 14 days to try on the boots to see if you like how they fit. If not, you can return the boots to exchange them or can get you money back guaranteed.

Q: Do you have a store??

A: At the moment we are only online based. But are looking to open our first store Fall of 2022. 

Q:How fast do you ship out your items?

A: Our handling time for all orders are from1-3 business days and shipping time varies from the warehouse location. A rough estimate is a 5-9 days shipping time. So you should receive you item between 7-10 days from when you checkout! 

Q:How fast is shipping?

A: Shipping varies from location. We have inventory in various locations in the US. But it’s normally 7-12 days. In rare cases the product take 15 days to reach you, and that is only if product is far from your location.

Q; Do your accept returns?

A: Yes we do. We actually have a “Return Policy” page you can check out at the main menú. Just scroll to the bottom of the page where the “Footer Menu” is located, then tap on “Refund Policy” to see if you qualify for a refund. You can also contact us and we will help resolve this matter.
